鸟嘌呤的合成工艺改进

Improvement on Synthesis of Guanine

鸟嘌呤以氰乙酸甲酯为原料,经环合、亚硝化、Ni/H2还原、成硫酸盐,再与甲酸/甲酸钠闭环、成盐酸盐、精制得到,总收率高达82%,该方法适合工业化生产。

Guanine was synthesized from methyl cyanoacetate as starting material with guanidine nitrate via cyclization and nitrosation,reduction with Ni/H2,form salt with sulphuric acid,cyclization with formic acid and sodium formate,form salt with hydrochloric acid,and refine with ammonium hydroxide.The over yiled calculated on methyl cyanoacetate was 82%.The process can be used in industrial production on a large scale.
