关白附提取物及单体抑菌活性的研究

A Study on the Inhibitory Activity to Bacteria of Compound Extracted fome Aconitum coreanum

采用活性追踪的方法,从关白附中提取分离得到一个抑菌活性单体,该单体对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和嗜水气单胞菌都有较好的抑制活性,通过结构鉴定确定该单体为十二水合硫酸铝铵(NH4Al(SO4)2.12H2O)。选择含有NH4+、Al3+、SO24-的化合物(或复盐),考察它们对细菌的抑制活性,推测NH4Al(SO4)2抑菌活性基团可能是Al3+,同时考察了其他金属离子对细菌的抑制作用。

By using ativity tracking,a compound from Aconitum coreanum which had strong inhibitory activity to bacteria was found.This compound also had strong inhibitory activity to Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach,E.coli,Aeromonas hydrophila,which was identified to be dodecahydrate ammonium aluminum sulfate（NH4Al（SO4）2·12H2O）.The compounds（or complex salt） which contained NH＋4,Al3＋,SO2-4 were selected to study their inhibitory activity to bacteria,the result suggested that the active group of NH4Al（SO4）2 to bacteria may be the Al3＋.At the same time,the inhibitory activity of some metal ions to bacteria was studied.
