摘要
选取河南、安徽、湖北、江苏、四川等5省北纬33°地区2010年高产小麦样品125份,对籽粒感官性状、质量指标、品质性状进行了全面分析和评价.结果表明,达到优质强筋小麦国家标准的样品占样品总数的2.4%,达到优质弱筋小麦国家标准的样品占样品总数的4.8%.通过试验筛选推荐了适合该区域种植的高产优质多抗小麦新品种.
In 2010, 125 high-yield wheat samples were selected from five provinces of China at north latitude 33 degrees, such as Henan, Anhui, Hubei, Jiangsu and Sichuan. The sensory character, the quality index, and the quality character of the grains were analyzed and evaluated comprehensively. The results showed that 2.4% samples met the national standard of high-quality strong gluten wheat; and 4.8% samples met the national standard of the high-quality weak gluten wheat. New high-yield, high-quality and multi-resistance wheat varieties suitable for the proper areas were selected through the experiments.
