摘要
设计了一种新的电动单梁起重机主梁局部连接形式,比较了新结构与原结构在整体强度和刚度方面的变化,建立了不同局部结构形式的主梁有限元模型,分析了局部结构改变对强度的影响,标出了结构最大应力点的位置和数值。有限元分析结果显示,新结构的等效应力水平远低于材料许用应力值,具有进一步实验研究的意义。
A new form of local connection of girder of electric single-girder crane was designed. The nominal stress and stiffness of new structure was compared with the original structure. The finite element model of girder with different local structure design was established and the impact of local modification on the structural strength was analyzed. The locations and maximum values of structural stress were marked on Mises stress contour plot. The results of Finite element analysis show that the the Mises equivalent stress values of new structure are much lower than the material allowable stress values and further experimental study should be carried out.
