摘要
以液压马达为动力,将某无动力平板车的从动桥改为驱动桥。完成了对主要液压元器件的选型工作,根据所选液压元器件及整车参数设计开发了该车的驱动桥壳,并对其进行了有限元分析验证,使其同时满足了液压元器件的空间布置要求和刚度要求。
Transform the slave axle of some none power flatbed truck to drive axle using hydraulic motor as driving force. Complete the selection work of the main hydraulic components. Design the drive axle housing of the flatbed truck according to the selected hydraulie components, and make limited elements analysis for it to meet the requirements of the hydraulic components of spatial arrangement and stiffness requirements.
