工艺创新能力是企业创新发展的关键

我国正大力发展自主创新能力,践行科学发展观,由于政策与市场效益的原因,目前我国企业还都仅仅局限于产品设计的自主创新,也取得了一定的效果,在各行业都产生了许多技术水平高、功能先进的产品。相对来说,在工艺方面的自主创新能力建设却很少被关注和重视,工艺创新能力已经成为企业发展的瓶颈。通过分析我国企业目前的状况,本文讨论了企业工艺创新的重要性,提出了一些企业工艺创新的实施方法。只有强化自己的工艺创新能力,企业才能持续快速发展。

Our country is vigorously developing the capability of independent innovation, fulfills the scientific development concept. Because of the reasons of policy and market benefit, now the independent technical innovation of our country enterprise also limited to product design, and it has acquired some effects, and produces many products of high technical level and advanced features on all kinds of industry. Relatively capability building of independent innovation in the process is often given little attention and emphasis. The proc, ess innovation capability became the bottleneck of the development of enterprise. Through the analysis of the current situation of the enterprises in our country, this essay discusses the importance of the enterprise＇s process innovation, and some implementing methods for the enterprise＇s process innovation are presented. The enterprises must strengthening capability of the process innovation before the enterprises can be sustained and rapid development.
