摘要
[目的]调查助产士职业倦怠、离职意愿的现状及两者的相关性。[方法]采用问卷调查法,对15所医院165名助产士的一般资料、职业倦怠及离职意愿进行调查。[结果]65.6%助产士有中度、高度的情感衰竭,82.4%助产士有中度、高度的去人格化,63.5%助产士有中度、高度的个人成就感降低;77.7%助产士有较强的离职意愿;助产士离职意愿与情感衰竭、去人格化呈正相关(P<0.01);医院级别、任职方式、情感衰竭及去人格化是预测助产士离职意愿的主要因素。[结论]助产士职业倦怠呈普遍性,离职意愿较为严重,应积极进行相关研究,采取相应对策以缓解助产士的职业倦怠,减少离职行为,稳定助产士队伍。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of burnout and turnover intention of midwives and the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 165 midwives in 15 hospitals were investigated about general information,burnout and turnover intention with questionnaires.Results:65.6% midwives got moderate and high degree of emotional exhaustion;82.4% got moderate and high degree of depersonalization,63.5% got moderate and high degree of Reduced personal accomplishment;77.7% nurse midwives had higher turnover intention;The turnover intention of midwives was positive correlation with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization(P0.01);The hospital level,working methods,emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were the main factors to predict midwives' turnover intention.Conclusion:The burnout of midwives is prevalent,and their turnover intention is more severe,so the related study and countermeasures should be actively taken to alleviate their burnout,decrease turnover behavior and stabilize the midwives team.
