摘要
运用建设项目全寿命周期成本理论(LCC理论)、对比分析等方法对试点建设已投入运行的延安750 kV智能变电站智能方案、技术特点、工程造价构成、投资成本及经济效益等进行了分析;总结评估智能变电站技术特点和造价特征,影响寿命周期成本的主要因素;达到提高工程建设效率、合理确定造价的目的。
By using LCC theory and comparative analysis method, in the case of 750kV smart substation which was put into service in Yan'an, this paper analyzes the intelligent scheme, technical features, engineering cost structure, investment cost and economic benefit of the substation, and summarizes and evaluates the technology and cost characteristic of the smart substation as well as the main factors effecting the life cycle cost, in order to enhance the efficiency of engineering construction, determine the reasonable cost and provide reference for the construction and promotion of intelligent substation.
