Probe into Construction of Qinling Power Plant 750kV Transmission Project Crossing High-speed Railway

随着电网建设不断发展,电力线路与铁路、公路等各种架空管线交叉频繁,放线施工难度进一步加大。高速铁路跨越是近年来输电线路张力放线施工过程中遇到的新课题,因高速铁路运行的安全可靠性要求极高,铁路部门规定在高速铁路运行期间不允许有任何跨越物从铁路上方通过。结合近期750 kV线路跨越郑西高铁施工,总结了跨越高铁施工的方法,为以后跨越高铁施工提供借鉴。

With the continuous development of power grid construction, the crossover between transmission line and all kinds of overhead lines, such as railway and highway, is frequently occurred, which further increases the difficulty in construction. It is the new issue to cross high-speed railway in the construction process of transmission lines with stringing under tension in recent years. Since the high-speed railway operation needs high safety and reliability, any objects crossing the railway is not allowed required by the regulations of railway department in high speed railway operation period. According to the construction of 750 kV transmission project crossing Zhengzhou-Xi＇ an high-speed railway, this paper summarizes the way of construction to cross the high-speed railway.
