摘要
动车组司机室风挡玻璃在列车高速运行时承受复杂的气动载荷,为验证其结构的安全性,针对动车组风挡玻璃粘结结构,通过空气动力学分析,获得作用在风挡玻璃上的气动载荷.以此作为强度计算时的边界条件,进行流固耦合分析计算.计算结果表明,在外界气动载荷考虑了一定的安全系数后,风挡玻璃粘结结构的应力水平满足安全运用要求.流固耦合的分析方法对风挡玻璃结构改进优化具有一定的指导意义.
Windshield of cab withstand complicated aerodynamic load when EMU run in high speed. In order to validate the securityof structure, in this paper, based on EMU windshield, aerodynamic load which applied onwindshield was gained through aerodynamic analysis. It will be used as boundary condition when strength analysis was processed. Results show that stress level of windshield meet the security application requirement when the definite safety coefficient of exterior aerodynamic load was considered. Fluidsolid coupling analysis has some reference value to further optimization of windshield.
