摘要
提出利用故障树模拟技术进行大功率风电机用变桨距减速器的故障树分析(Fault Tree Analysis,FTA).这种方法采用随机模拟方法为分析手段,模拟求解工程技术问题的近似数值,从而获得系统的可靠性参数.利用CAFTA分析软件找出了影响大功率风电机用变桨距减速器系统及子系统可靠性的关键件及薄弱环节,提高系统可靠性分析精度.这种方法具有很大的工程实际应用推广价值.
The fault tree simulation technology is proposed high-power wind turbine with the variable propeller pitch gear fault tree analysis. This method adopts stochastic simulation method for solving engineering problems to obtain approximate values and reliability parameters. It can find out the strong and weak links of the gear system and, improve the accuracy of reliability analysis. Which has engineering application with great promotional value.
