摘要
针对转向架在实际装配、维修过程中存在的诸如装配信息表达不直观、不能共享、培训成本高、培训时间长等问题开发了动车组转向架虚拟装配系统.在详细分析动车组转向架虚拟装配系统对可视化技术的需求基础上,利用基于AABB包围盒的LOD技术实现了复杂模型在不同场景下的简化,利用OSG模型库和剖切平面的设置实现了复杂装配的斜剖、直剖和旋转剖,利用双中心投影法原理通过参数设置实现了系统中复杂模型的立体显示.最终实现了动车组转向架虚拟装配过程的可视化.
Due to the reality of intuitive description of assembly, un-shared information, higher training cost and long training time in practical assembly and maintenance, a virtual assembly system for EMU bogie is developed. Visualization techniques can express the complex relationships clearly and improve the system efficiency. On the basis of analyzing requirements for visualization technology in detail, a LOD technology based on AABB bounding box is used to simplify bogie models for different scenarios. The cutting planes are set up by OSG model library in order to implement the straight slicing, declined slicing and rotated slicing of complex assembly. By the principle of two center projection, parameters are set to display complex models in stereoscopic 3D way. Finally, the assembling process of bogie is realized visually.
