with the development of mobile communication technology,3G Smartphone increasingly becomes people＇s daily thing;people begin to explore the 3G Smartphone＇s application in M-learning area.M-learning has some features such as convenient,efficiency,situational,diversification of interaction,and 3G Smartphone provides good material foundation and application environment for M-learning.Therefore,constructing a systematic learning design mode can guide the conduct of M-learning effectively,which is composed by nine parts,including needs analysis,goal setting,characteristics of learners analysis,barriers analysis,active task design,learning scenarios design,learning support design,learning evaluation design and feed back and modify.
