摘要
针对服务过程管理中经常遇到的服务时间估计问题,提出了基于先验知识的服务处理时间的估计方法.在此基础上,研究了服务系统中各个服务实例动态调度方法,用以改善服务过程的管理水平.详细探讨了这些方法的适用条件、算法的设计以及执行步骤等.
For the service time evaluation problem usually met in service process management, a time evaluation method for service execution is proposed based on prior information. On this basis, the methods scheduling every service instance in the service system dynamically are studied in order to improve the management quality of service process. The application conditions, the algorithm design and the executive steps of the methods are discussed in details.
