This paper describes the status of rural small rivers as well as its pollution,ecological conditions,etc.Some suggestions are made,such as forestation,circular flow,ecological health,water-human harmony.Several engineering measures,taking river dredging,sorting,and excavation for example,are discussed in the process of construction programs on small rivers.The advantages and disadvantages are compared with,according to the construction of small river conditions,in order to select the appropriate implementation plan,and to ensure the successful completion of river dredging.
