摘要
CAE(计算机辅助分析)已是产品开发中不可或缺的环节.利用CAE的结果,可以更有效地控制产品质量,降低因修正错误所耗费的成本.通过利用三维CAD软件SolidWorks对连杆建模,并利用SolidWorks提供的COS-MOSXpress工具进行有限元分析,根据设计要求对连杆的结构进行优化,经测试连杆的优化设计是可行的.
CAE(computer-aided analysis) is an integral part of product development.By using of CAE,the product quality can be controlled more effectively,while the cost of error correcting can be reduced.In this paper,3D modeling of Connecting Rod is set up based on SolidWork,and finite element analysis of Connecting Rod is also made by using COSMOSXpress.The structure is optimized in order to meet design requirements,which is proved to be feasible by test.
