摘要
部分高职高专院校实行学分制后,老式的教务管理模式无法适应高效、精准和个性化的管理要求.通过研究业务流程再造(BPR)理论,对现有的教务流程进行再造,在更新教务观念的前提下,实施教务流程再造人员分工重构,构建全新教务管理信息平台,以满足高职高专院校学分制模式下的管理需求.
In order to culture skilled personnel with high qualities for the society,some vocational colleges began to implement the credit system.The old model cannot adapt to the educational administration requirements.By studying the business process reengineering(BPR) theory,some countermeasures are put forward for higher vocational colleges in teaching administration process reengineering so as to meet the needs of educational administration in the view of credit system,which will be more efficient,accurate and personalized.
