摘要
在诠释道本理论基本观点基础上,阐述其对高校团队建设所形成的启示,并就道本理论在高校教学团队建设中管理理念、体制与机制建设、人员及结构调整和发展途径选择等方面的运用进行较为系统性的探析.阐明教学团队形成客观性、教师的主体性,并以师生发展为教学团队建设的归宿点,道本理论的运用并不完全排斥对教学团队成员的控制或约束,尊重教学团队成员全面发展是基于团队成员全面发展与高校教学建设发展的兼容性和一致性为前提的.
The formation objectivity of teaching team,as well as the subjectivity of teachers,is set forth in this paper,centering on the development of the teachers and the students as a cornerstone.The management concepts,the administrative principles and the development approaches are also analyzed systematically.The application of "essential theory of Tao" by no means excludes control and restraint of members completely among the teaching team,but regards the comprehensive respecting to the team members as the premise of compatibility and consistency of the universities in their teaching construction development.
