摘要
本文利用1981-2008年夏季(5-10月)西宁地区4个气象站的雷暴天气资料,分析了西宁地区雷暴天气的时空分布特征以及造成雷暴天气的环流形势与影响系统。为提高西宁地区雷电预报准确率,从天气学、统计学和能量天气学方面进行了研究,探索出了一套简单实用的预报指标和预报方法,建立了西宁地区雷暴天气动态分析和预报服务系统。
Based on the thunderstorm weather data of summer season data from May to October in 1981 - 2008 of four meteorological observatory over Xining region, the timespaee distribution characteristics and circulation situation and impact system caused by thunderstorm weather over Xining region is analyzed. To impove thunder forecasting accuracy, a set of simple and practical forecasting index and forecasting method is explored through the study of synoptic meteorology and statistics as well as energy synopties, and thunderstorm weather dynaimic analysis and forecasting service system over Xining region is established.
