摘要
通过对中国沙棘扦插试验的观察,结果发现在当地的自然条件下,插穗扦插后28d就开始扎根,插穗在母株上的着生部位对扦插后的成活率和苗木年高生长量有显著影响。在露天情况下,在地膜育苗情况下插穗皮部生根约占70%左右,而愈伤组织生根约占30%左右。
Chinese sea buckthorn cutting test were conducted,the results showed in the local natural conditions,28d after cutting began to take root, cuttings positon on the mother plant influence significantly seedling survival and height growth in the open air, plastic film seedling root cuttings cutaneous about 70% ,while the root callus of about 30 percent.
