摘要
系统地研究了JF-9957环保型聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍树脂的固化反应特性、固化挥发份、体积收缩率、耐热性、储存稳定性、浸渍少胶云母带线棒的应用性能和急性毒性。结果表明:JF-9957浸渍树脂有着低温快固化的特性,具有极低的固化挥发份、较低的体积收缩率、优异的耐热性和贮存稳定性,与少胶云母带配合有着优异的电气绝缘性能,是一种绿色环保、无毒无臭、综合性能优异、中低压通用的环保型聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍树脂。
The curing reactivity,volatile content,volume shrinkage,heat resistance,storage stability of JF-9957 environment-friendly polyester-imide solventless impregnating resin,and the application performance and acute toxicity of impregnating less binder mica tape bar were studied systematically.The results indicate that JF-9957 has the characteristic of fast curing at low temperature,very low curing volatile content,low volume shrinkage,excellent heat resistance and storage stability,excellent electrical insulation properties when cooperating with less binder mica tape,which is a kind of environment-friendly,non-toxic,odorless polyester-imide solventless impregnating resin with excellent comprehensive performances and can be used for low-voltage and medium-voltage motors.
