摘要
以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为基体树脂,硅烷偶联剂KH-550改性氢氧化镁(KH550-MH)为主阻燃剂,无卤含磷阻燃剂(DB)作为协效阻燃剂,制备了复合材料,对比了不同含量的EVA、HDPE对复合材料力学性能、加工性能、燃烧性能、吸水性的影响。结果表明:当EVA、HDPE含量分别占体系的36%及9%时,其阻燃等级为V-0级,断裂伸长率为108%,拉伸强度为11.7 MPa。
A composite was prepared with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) and high density polyethylene(HDPE) as matrix resin,magnesium hydroxide modified by KH550(KH550-MH) as main flame retardant and halogen-free phosphorous flame retardant(DB) as synergistic flame retardant.The effects of various contents of EVA and HDPE on the mechanical properties,processability,combustion property and water absorption were studied.The results show that when the EVA and HDPE content in the system is 36% and 9%,respectively,the flame-retardant level reaches V-0,the elongation at break is 108%,and the tensile strength is 11.7 MPa.
