摘要
研究了质子酸催化紫苏葶脱肟制备紫苏醛的反应,反应的实质是紫苏葶与甲醛在酸催化下的交换反应.考察了反应条件对紫苏葶转化率和紫苏醛产率的影响,研究结果表明:用硝酸作催化剂时,在硝基甲烷溶剂中,以紫苏葶与甲醛于80℃反应4 h,紫苏葶转化率可达96.2%,紫苏醛的选择性为100%,为高纯度紫苏醛的合成提供了一条便捷的途径.
Synthesis of perillaldehyde by acid-catalyzed exchange reaction between perillartine and formaldehyde was studied. The influence of reaction variables was evaluated. The results showed that 96.2% conversion of perillartine and 100% selectivity of the product were obtained in the presence of nitric acid as catalyst at 80 ℃ for 4 h in nitromethane. It provides a convenient way for the preparation of highly pure perilaldehyde.
