基于功能对等理论的《骆驼祥子》英译本之研究

A Functional Equivalence-based Study of the English Versions of Luotuo Xiangzi

在阐述功能对等翻译理论内涵的基础上,从四个方面比较和分析了《骆驼祥子》的施晓菁译本和葛浩文译本,并指出功能对等理论可以用来指导文学翻译。

Luotuo Xiangzi,a classic work in modern Chinese literature,has been translated into more than 10 foreign languages.The paper first introduced Functional Equivalence,and then offered a comparative analysis of the two English versions of Luotuo Xiangzi： Howard Goldblatt′s Rickshaw Boy and Shi Xiaojing′s Camel Xiangzi.It finally put forward that Functional Equivalence can provide effective guidelines for translators of literary works.
