摘要
以双三羟甲基丙烷、丙烯酸为原料,酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,甲苯为带水剂,通过酸醇酯化法合成了目标产物双三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯。对阳离子树脂的催化活性进行了考察,同时确定了原料配比及带水剂用量等因素对产品酯化度的影响,并确定了双三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯的最佳合成条件;采用红外光谱、液相色谱、质谱等方法对产物进行了定性分析。
Ditrimethylopropane tetr,aacrylate(Di-TMPTA) has been obtained by the reaction of dual- trimethylopropane(Di-TMP) with acrylic acid in the presence of cation exchange resin and toluene. The effects of ratio of feedstock, amount of catalyst and water-carrying agent on the ester value and yield of the product were investigated. The best conditions for the synthesis of Di-TMPTA have been obtained. The product was characterized by IR,NMR and HPLC.
