摘要
研究了生物质发电副产物生物质灰(BA)部分或全部替代炭黑(CB)应用在工业化生产的垫带胶配方中的效果。结果发现,BA部分或全部替代CB后垫带胶的物理性能虽有所下降,但仍能满足性能要求,同时大大地降低了产品的成本;替代后的胶料的门尼粘度低,焦烧时间长,易于操作且安全性好。
In this study, biomass ash(BA), a byproduct obtained from bimass plant powder,is used to partly or totally replace carbon black(CB)of the industrial tire flap compound. The effects show that when BA partly or totally replace CB,the mechanical properties of tire flap material decrease a little, but still meet the requirement of tire flap specification. On the other hand, BA can lower the cost largely; the replaced compounds have lower Mooney viscosity and shorter scorch time, thus can be pro- cessed safely and easily.
