学校诊断技术与教师队伍过程化管理

摘要 学校诊断技术是近年来发展起来的一种新型应用教育技术,其根本目的在于提高学校效能,对于农村地区中小学具有很强的针对性和实效性。而学校教学质量的根本途径在于不断提升教师的专业化水平,所以如果学校能够对教师队伍实施过程化管理,无疑更适合农村地区中小学的实际办学条件。学校诊断技术指导下的教师队伍过程化管理能够帮助学校科学、有序、有效地制定符合自己学校特点的校本研修模式,这一有效的模式可以应用于其他具备相同背景的农村地区中小学。 School diagnosis, a kind of applied educational strategy, develops rapidly in recent years, which aims to improve the school efficiency and guides primary and middle schools in rural areas effectively and practically. And the only way to improve the education quality in one school is to improve teachers ' professional level. If schools can manage teachers" improvement in process, it is undoubtedly suitable for the schools in rural areas. School diagnosis enables schools to find out a suitable school - based research model to carry out teachers's process management scientifically, systematically, and effectively, meanwhile this school - based model can be applied to other rural schools as well.
