摘要
以"2+12"亚基组合小麦品种扬麦13为供试材料,研究了氮素营养对小麦籽粒高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)的积累量、谷蛋白大聚合体(GMP)含量及蛋白质含量的调节效应。结果表明:1)氮肥用量和运筹比例不改变小麦品种HMW-GS组成,但可以提高HMW-GS各位点的亚基积累量,提高亚基的总积累量,氮肥用量对小麦籽粒蛋白质的调控可能是通过亚基来发挥效应的;2)随着氮肥用量的增加,小麦籽粒蛋白质HMW-GS积累量、GMP含量、蛋白质及干湿面筋含量增加;3)不同氮肥运筹比例改变籽粒蛋白质HMW-GS积累量,随氮肥后移籽粒GMP含量、蛋白质含量增加。
The effects of nitrogen on HMW-GS accumulation, GMP and protein contents of Yangmai 13 are studied with the subunits "2-1-12" as test materials. The results show that nitrogen amount and ratio do not change HMW-GS components but raise its accumulation, and the effect of nitrogen on grain protein and GMP contents of Yangmai 13 is through the accumu- lation of HMW-GS. With the increase of nitrogen amount, HMW-GS accumulation, GMP and protein contents, and dry-glutenin content increase correspondingly, but the increase amounts differ among varieties with different HMW-GS subunits.
