用优秀传统孝道可以培养大学生的爱国主义精神,感恩意识,责任意识,遵纪守法意识,营造和谐的校园环境。优良传统孝道的主要内容有奉养父母,继志述事,珍爱生命,推恩博爱。加强大学生优秀传统孝道教育应从学校、家庭、社会、大学生自身四个方面入手。

Utilizing the outstanding traditional filial piety may cultivate college students＇ consciousness on patriotism, gratitude, responsibility, and the awareness of observing discipline and obeying the law. It is also helpful in creating the harmonious campus environment. The main contents of the outstanding traditional fiial piety includes： supporting their parents, following records, cherishing life, extending love, etc. Therefore, strengthening college students＇ education on the outstanding traditional filial piety should start from four aspects： college, families, society and the students themselves.
