新制度经济学视角下高校贫困生资助诚信的重构

Reconstruction of Integrity on Financial Aid to Poverty-Striken College Students on the Basis of New Institutional Economics

高校贫困生资助诚信缺失是社会诚信缺失的一个缩影。本文基于新制度经济学视角,探析了高校贫困生资助诚信缺失的特点及实质,在审视其成因的基础上提出,高校贫困生资助诚信的重构要着力推进"三化":正式制度规范化、非正式制度人本化和作用机制精细化。

Lack of integrity concerning fananical aid to the poverty-striken college students reveals that it is a severe phenomenon existing in society. On the basis of the perspectives from new institutional economics, this paper starts to explore the features of the lack of integrity among colleges and universities. With the cause and effect methodology, it further maintains that the reconstruction of this lack of integrity should focus on prospeling the ＂three＂ standardization of the formal system, the informal system human-oriented, and fine planning of the mechanism.
