摘要
为研究节流孔孔径大小对中继阀性能的影响并对其进行优化,根据中继阀的结构工作原理,采用AMESim创建CRH 2动车组(Electric Multiple Unit,EMU)FD-1型中继阀仿真模型,并在此基础上搭建简化的CRH 2动车组空气制动系统模型.分析节流孔孔径对增压缸内气体压强和温度、进气阀门振荡以及制动气缸压强和耗气量的影响.仿真结果表明FD-1中继阀节流孔孔径的优选值为2.0~3.0 mm.
To research the effect of throttle hole diameter on the performance of relay valve and optimize throttle hole diameter,a simulation model of FD-1 relay valve of CRH 2 Electric Multiple Unit(EMU) air braking system is built by AMESim according to the structure and mechanism of relay valve,and a simplified simulation model of CRH 2 EMU air braking system is built on the basis of FD-1 relay valve simulation model.The effect of throttle hole with different diameters on the gas pressure and temperature in pressurized cylinder,inlet valve oscillation,and pressure and gas consumption of brake cylinder is analyzed.The simulation results show that the preferred diameter of throttle hole in FD-1 relay valve is 2.0~3.0 mm.
