PSM边界条件拟合方法

摘要 针对PSM(Prescribed Structure Motion)边界条件有时无法反映真实情况的问题,采用MADYMO PSM SCALING软件将整车有限元侧碰模型的计算结果与实车试验测量得到的车身侧面侵入速度和侵入量进行拟合,获得准确的侧碰仿真模型的边界条件.用初始的PSM边界条件和拟合后的PSM边界条件计算得到假人胸部伤害值、腹部伤害值和髋部伤害值,并与试验值进行比较,发现采用该拟合方法能够更快、更好地获得与实车一致的车身侵入状态边界条件,从而提高汽车侧面约束系统仿真优化的工作效率和准确性. As to the fact that prescribed structure motion(PSM) boundary conditions can not reflect the real situation sometimes,the intrusion velocity and intrusion calculated by whole vehicle finite element model of side impact are fitted with that of real vehicle tests by using MADYMO PSM SCALING,and the exact boundary conditions of side impact simulation model are obtained.The injury values of dummy thorax,abdomen and pubis are calculated by initial PSM boundary conditions and fitted PSM boundary conditions,the results are compared with test values,and the comparison indicates that the method can get faster and better boundary conditions which are consistent with intrusion boundary conditions of real vehicle.The method can improve the efficiency and precision of optimization of side constraint system.
