With the fast step of the process of globalization, China and the world are increasingly linked together. Against such a background, China＇ s economic and social developments set out new requirements for officials＇ quality. This paper makes a detailed analysis of necessity to improve officials＇ quality. And on this basis, it is necessary to perfect official selection mechanism, management mechanism, and evaluation mechanism and improve officials＇ quality training system.
