摘要
根据建构主义的教学理论,把"抛锚式"教学贯穿于高级财务管理的教学全过程,可以很好地促进"合作性学习"教学的开展。开展高级财务管理课程的合作性教学,一要整合教学内容,为学生自主学习创造条件;二要激发学生主动学习,鼓励学生自选案例进行研究;三要不断引导学生改变学习方式,实行研究式学习;四要改变对学生的评价方式;五要加强教师团队成员之间的合作分工。
Under the guidance of the constructivism teaching theory,the "anchored" teaching through the whole teaching process can promote the development of cooperation study.We must integrate the content of courses,in order to offer conditions for the students' autonomous learning.We should stimulate the students' active learning,encourage students to choose a case to study on,and guide students to change learning way continuously.The aim of teaching reform is not only to change the way of assessment for the students,but also to strengthen the cooperation and division of labor between teachers team.
