摘要
通过耐力类项目的教学实验,对运动处方的教学方法和一般教学方法进行比较研究,观察学生耐力的变化情况,并运用单因素方差分析的数理统计方法,经SPSS 13.0专业统计软件检验,结果显示采用运动处方的形式进行发展中学生的体能教学,效果明显好于一般的教学形式.
This paper is a comparative study between exercise prescription methodology and conventior, al teaching method through an experience on physical endurance ability test. The observations of students' endurance ability changes are calculated by ANOVA. With the assistance of SPASS13.0, it is found that exercise prescription methodology proves more effective than conventional one in developing and enhancing students' physical talents.
