防止折角塞门关闭问题浅析 被引量:4

摘要 折角塞门关闭问题时至今日仍未从根本上得到解决。它困扰着铁路运输,威胁着运输安全,是一个亟待解决的重大课题。本文从探讨折角塞门关闭的发生机理出发,进而揭示了其演变形成的客观规律。通过分析、比较和推理,找出了“缓解后的关闭”这一主要矛盾,同时指出了现行有关制度、措施存在的弊端,并对主要矛盾的解决,制度。 The problem of angle cocks being closed has not been eradicated up to now. It is puzzling railway transportation and threatening safety of transportation. It is a serious problem whose solution is in urgent need. To start with the study of the occurrence mechanism of angle cocks being closed, the objective laws of formation of this problem are revealed. Through analysis, comparison and inference, the principal contradiction,“being closed after release” is found out. Meanwhile, the shortcomings of the current relevant systems and measures are pointed out; some ideas about the solution of the main contradiction and the improvements of these systems and measures are shown.
