摘要
通过对不同组分比(Li/Nb)纯铌酸锂(LiNbO3)晶体电压和电流的测量,发现不同组分比晶体的电导率随温度变化而变化的程度不同.提出小极化子对电导率的作用机制,并分析了LiNbO3晶体中双极化子和小极化子对电导率的影响.最后对所测量的电导率进行拟合,得到了不同组分比晶体的激活能.
The pure LiNhO3 crystals with different ratio Li/Nh are tested. Through the measurement of the voltage and the current, it is found that the conductivity of crystals with different Li/Nb ratio vary with temperature at different rate. Moreover, the mechanism of action of polaron on the conductivity is pro- posed and the influence of the bipolaron and polaron on the conductivity is analyzed. Finally, through fitting a curve to the conductivity measured, we get the activation energies of crystals with different ratio Li/Nb.
