摘要 将生态足迹模型应用于重庆三峡库区8个重点移民区县,通过计算分析其生态足迹、生态承载力、生态盈余与万元GDP足迹来分析其可持续发展性.结果表明:8个重点移民库区县的生态足迹都远远高于其生态承载力.各项生态足迹指标中只有林地出现盈余,其余各项指标都出现不同程度的赤字,特别是耕地与草地生态赤字尤为严重.基于以上分析,结合重庆三峡库区的自然、经济以及社会背景提出相应的减少其生态赤字的建议与措施. The Ecological Footprint Model was used to calculate the ecological footprint, ecological bearing capacity, ecological deficit/surplus and GDP ecological footprint of the TGP (Three Gorges Project) reser- voir areas and analyze the sustainable development of the 8 key counties for migration in it. The results showed that the ecological footprint of all the 8 counties was significantly higher than their ecological ca- pacity. Of the ecological footprint indicators studied, forestland alone had ecological surplus. The others, especially cultivated land and grass land, had marked ecological deficit. Based on the above analysis, corresponding solutions and countermeasures are put forward in this paper according to the natural social and economic backgrounds in the TGP reservoir area to tackle its development problems.
