基于L~*a~*b~*颜色空间与Gabor小波变换的图像检索技术

An Image Retrieval Method Based on Lab Color Space and Gabor Wavelet Transform

随着图像等多媒体资源的日益丰富,传统检索方式已不能再满足检索需求,为了便于图像的检索和识别,基于内容的图像检索技术应运而生.将L*a*b*颜色空间划分子区域,通过计算累加直方图与Gabor小波的方法组合提出了综合检索方法,实验表明可以取得较好的效果.

With the development of computer and communication technology, digital image processing is widely used in many fields. Traditional information management and retrieval methods can no longer meet the needs of retrieval of large image databases. In order to manage and retrieve large amount of images, CBIR （Content-Based Image Retrieval） has emerged to be one of the hot research areas in image domain. This paper proposes a retrieval method based on both color feature and texture feature of color images, and in an experiment this method has given satisfactory results.
