摘要
目的分析临床静脉输液的常见问题,寻求安全、有效杜绝输液问题的方法。方法采取精细化管理的理念,回顾性分析襄阳市中心医院2008-2010年的输液质量问题,从六个方面分析"执行医嘱、配药、输液操作、文书记录"四个环节所出现的输液问题,即是谁、什么时候、什么地点、有多少、是什么、为什么,明确产生输液问题的各种原因。结果针对产生问题的原因,精准要求、做细流程、严格执行是解决静脉输液问题的根本。结论精细化管理的思想精髓与护理输液安全的要求不谋而合,恰当运用精细化管理是解决输液环节质量问题的好方法。
Objectives: to study the common problems in venous transfusion and find out the solution to solve the problems safely and effectively. Methods: based on the delicacy management, study the problems from 2008 to 2010 on the four steps carrying out the doctor's instruction, make up a prescription, transfusing and recording from the following six aspects: who, when, where, what, why and how much and so on, to find out the reason. Results: according to the causes of the problems, be accurate, careful and strict are the key points to solve the problems. Conclusion: the spirit of delicacy management and the requirement of safe infusion are just the same, so supplying the idea of delicacy management is a good way to improve the fluids infusion.
