精细化管理在输液安全管理中的应用研究

Application of Delicacy Management in Fluids Infusion

目的分析临床静脉输液的常见问题,寻求安全、有效杜绝输液问题的方法。方法采取精细化管理的理念,回顾性分析襄阳市中心医院2008-2010年的输液质量问题,从六个方面分析"执行医嘱、配药、输液操作、文书记录"四个环节所出现的输液问题,即是谁、什么时候、什么地点、有多少、是什么、为什么,明确产生输液问题的各种原因。结果针对产生问题的原因,精准要求、做细流程、严格执行是解决静脉输液问题的根本。结论精细化管理的思想精髓与护理输液安全的要求不谋而合,恰当运用精细化管理是解决输液环节质量问题的好方法。

Objectives： to study the common problems in venous transfusion and find out the solution to solve the problems safely and effectively. Methods： based on the delicacy management, study the problems from 2008 to 2010 on the four steps carrying out the doctor＇s instruction, make up a prescription, transfusing and recording from the following six aspects： who, when, where, what, why and how much and so on, to find out the reason. Results： according to the causes of the problems, be accurate, careful and strict are the key points to solve the problems. Conclusion： the spirit of delicacy management and the requirement of safe infusion are just the same, so supplying the idea of delicacy management is a good way to improve the fluids infusion.
