摘要
当前高校新教师培训主要存在3点不足:培训重理论轻实践;培训重形式轻内容;培训缺乏整体规划。改革新建本科院校新教师教学工作能力培养模式的措施是:进一步完善教育理论知识的学习;注重校本培训的专业化;强化校本培训的针对性和实用性;制订成长规划,激励早日成才。
There exist three aspects of weakness in new college teacher training,namely,stressing theory instead of practice,valuing form instead of content,and lack of comprehensive planning.In light of these,the following measures may be taken to reform the training mode of new college teacher′s teaching competence:further perfecting basic educational knowledge,focusing on specialized school-based training,strengthening school-based training directedness and practicality,and making life-development plan to grow into talented teacher sooner.
