摘要
新的资助政策体系施行后,我国高校资助工作的主要任务已经从"找钱"变为"发好钱"和"出效益"。然而,从实践来看,高校资助工作在信息甄别、制度安排、受助者关爱教育、资助工作者素质等方面存在诸多不确定因素,影响着资助效益的实现。为此,应理顺体制机制,加强队伍建设,开发综合效能,实现阳光资助。同时,也呼唤关爱、包容的资助氛围的早日形成。
After the new sponsor policy system comes into force, the main task of college sponsorship has been converted from "seeking sponsorship" to "making every penny count". However, in practice, uncertainties may arise in specific arrangements such as information recognition, institutional arrangements, caring education for the aided, recruitment of the workers in sponsorship, and etc. which impede the realization of making effectiveness. Therefore, in order to ensure sponsorship arrangements are transparent, we should straighten out the system and mechanism, improve the qualities of the staff, and develop multiple effects. Meanwhile, we call for the prompt formation of caring and inclusive sponsor atmosphere.
