Research and Exploration of the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers Combined with CDIO Educational Philosophy

"卓越工程师培养计划"是未来较长时期内中国高等工程教育改革和创新的突破口,是国家走新型工业化道路、建设创新型国家战略目标的必然要求。由MIT创立的CDIO教育理念已经成为当今世界上理念先进、应用广泛的现代工程教育模式,基于CDIO教育理念,对卓越工程师教育培养计划的实施进行了深入的研究与探索。

＂A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers＂ is a critical breakthrough in the reform and innovation of China＇s higher engineering education for a long period in future. It is also basic for the strategic goal of building a new industrialized and innovative country. Proposed by the MIT, the new philosophy of education CDIO has become an advanced, widely used model in modern engineering education. Based on the CDIO, this paper carries on a systematic research and exploration on the outstanding engineer training program.
