摘要
依据测量不确定度评定与表示的相关要求,本实验室对二组分纤维混纺产品定量测试进行不确定度评定。检测和评定以涤棉混纺产品为典型代表,按照GB/T2910.1-2009和GB/T2910.11-2009进行定量成分测试,并参照CNASCL01:2006、CNAS GL05:2006和JJF1059-1999等标准规范要求评定检测结果的测量不确定度。经分析,测试结果的不确定度主要来源于测试操作过程中的随机效应和卤素水分测定仪分辨率及校准产生的系统效应。
Based on the requirements of measurement uncertainty, the uncertainty of quantitative testing of blend fabrics with two-component fibers has been assessed. With polyester-cotton blend product as a typical example, the quantitative composition has been tested according to GB/T 2910.1-2009 and GB/T 2910.11-2009, and the measurement uncertainty of results has been assessed by referring to CNAS CL01: 2006, CNAS GL05: 2006 and JJF1059-1999. The analysis shows that the uncertainty mainly originates from random effects in the test procedure and systematic effects generated by the resolution and calibration of halogen moisture analyzer.
