摘要
介绍了运用最优化方法对高速动力车车体进行结构优化设计的过程和对车体进行动、静强度计算及静强度试验的结果,得到的最轻量化的车体承载结构,使其成为我国目前机车行业中每单位长度自重最轻的车体。轻量化设计后的承载结构的强度、刚度及动态特性满足各项标准的要求。
The optimization design in structure of high speed electric locomotive body with the optimization method, the results of the static and dynamic strength calculation and the static strength test are introduced. The lightest load bearing structure is obtained, and it is the body that the dead weight per meter is the lightest in the locomotive field of our country at present. After the lightening design, the strength, the rigidity and the dynamic characteristics of the bearing structure meet all standard requirements.
