通过对宁波地区生物医药类毕业生就业力现状的探讨,分析药类大学生就业力培养过程中存在的不足与问题,反观影响大学生就业力的相关因素,以期为大学生新的培养模式的开发提供理论依据,为生物医药类大学生就业力评估制度的建立及指导、测试提供参考。

This paper discusses the present employment condition ofbiomedicine major graduates in Ningbo region, analyzes the deficiencies and problems in the process of cultivating the students＇ employment ability and thinks over the related factors that affect the ability with an aim to provide theoretical basis for the development of new cultivation mode of college students and to give reference to the establishment, the guidance and the testing of the evaluation system of employment ability of biomedicine major graduates.
