摘要
探讨黄柳菇总黄酮对过度训练大鼠心肌抗氧化酶及肌酸激酶的影响,为延缓或消除运动性疲劳探索新的方法。采用递增负荷跑台训练建立大鼠过度训练模型,大鼠在适应性喂养1周及运动训练8周后,进行实验指标测试。结果显示过度训练使大鼠心肌组织严重受损,而服用黄柳菇总黄酮可以不同程度地增强心肌组织抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、GSH-Px及CK的活性,降低心肌组织MDA的含量。表明黄柳菇总黄酮可以改善过度训练大鼠自由基代谢水平,延缓或消除运动性疲劳,对大鼠心肌组织具有保护作用,可作为运动营养补剂进一步研究与开发。
To delay or eliminate the exercise-induced fatigue and explore new methods,the effect of pholiota adiposa flavonoids on myocardial antioxidant enzyme and creatine kinase in over-training rats was probed in this paper.By using incremental exercise of over-training rats,the experimental index test was conducted after fedding 1 week and 8 weeks exercise training of rats.The results showed that myocardial tissue is damaged severely in over-training rats,but taking different levels of flavonoids can enhance myocardial antioxidant enzymes SOD,CAT,GSH-Px activity and CK with pholiota adiposa,reducing myocardial MDA content.The results indicated pholiota adiposa flavonoids can improve the level of free radical metabolism in over-training rats,delay or eliminate the exercise-induced fatigue and protect myocardial tissue.It can be used as natural antioxidants and sports nutrition tonics for further research and development.
