摘要
针对郑州至民权某段高速公路沿线石料缺乏这一现状,采用水泥与土壤固化剂对当地的典型砂土进行加固,通过一系列室内试验,对土壤固化剂稳定砂土作为高速公路筑路材料的力学性能展开研究,并分析了结合料掺量及养护龄期对土壤固化剂稳定砂土力学性能的影响。研究发现,土壤固化剂稳定砂土作为高速公路的筑路材料具有较好的力学性能。当结合料达到一定掺量时,土壤固化剂稳定砂土满足高速公路筑路材料的力学性能要求。
This paper focuses on the solution of a lack of building stones along a part of highway from Zhengzhou to Minquan.Cement and soil stabilizer are used to stabilize local sand soil.Research has been done on the mechanical properties of the sandsoil stabilized by soil stablilizer as express-building material,including a series of indoor tests and analysis of the influences of the content of binders and concrete curing time.The test results show that soil stabilizer stabilized sand soil,giving rather good mechanical properties as express-building material.Stabilized sand soil with a certain mix proportion meets the requirement of express-building material and can replace former materials as express-building material.
