摘要
提出了求解道岔转辙器部分轮载的分布规律及结构不平顺的力学模型与计算方法。并对60 kg/m 钢轨12 号提速道岔的转辙器部分进行了分析,给出了轮载在过渡范围内的变化规律及该处轨道竖向结构不平顺,探讨了轨底坡及滑床台支承刚度对轮载分布及结构不平顺的影响。动测试验验证了本文所提出的计算模型及计算方法的正确性。
In this paper, the mechanical models and calculation method are advanced for calculating the variation regularity of wheel load and the structure irregularity of the switch proper of turnout. The variation regularity of wheel load and the structure irregularity of the switch proper of the Chinese No.12 turnout are analyzed. The influences of the rail cant and the rigidity of switch plate on the variation regularity of wheel load and the structure irregularity are analyzed. The correctness of the model is verified by the test results.
