摘要
成人网络自主学习是指成人学员借助于现代远程教育环境,有目的、有计划的个人学习活动。网络自主学习具有技术性、分离性、交互性、社会性、自主性、探索性等特点。远程教育教师应该主动适应成人网络自主学习的要求,进行新的角色定位,在教学中充当指导者、激发者、交互者、疏导者、开发者、评价者。
Network self-regulated learning is a purposeful and planned individual learning activity by the help of modern distance education environmen,which has some characteristics of technical,separation,interactivity,sociality,autonomy and exploratoration.Distance education teacher should adapt to the requirements of adult network self-regulated learning actively,play some new roles,act as directer,stimulater,interacter,dredger,developer,evaluator in the course of teaching.
